Registration Notes

Early registration ends on October 1. Registrations beginning October 2 will increase by $50.
Membership (if selected) will be active for one year from the posting date.
Registration includes attendance to all workshop and social functions. Contact the IAFSM Business office for any dietary needs.

Registration Cancellation
Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

On or before October 1, 2014: 90% of registration fees
Beginning October 2, 2014: No refund due to cancellation
