**Guest Room Group Rates**

$194 per night per night, single/double will be reflected on the reservations . All rooms are subject to state and local taxes, fees and assessments. Rooms will be available at the group rate until  or when rooms sell out.

**Rooms will reflect the $194 when securing a room at the Hilton, HOWEVER, if the government per diem rate should change prior to you making a reservation, the government per diem rate WILL BE reflected in your November 2024 stay.  You may want to consider requesting a nightly rate of $230 when seeking funding from your department or company.  We will update this as soon as we have the California nightly hotel per diem.**

Attendees are responsible for making and maintaining their hotel reservations. You can make reservations online or call at 619.564.3333.  If calling, be certain to mention you are with The International Association of Forensic and Security Metrology Conference.

Hilton Bayfront does not offer shuttle service from the San Diego Airport.  You can UBER/LYFT or taxi.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at the time of reservation in order to hold the room. The hotel does NOT charge a deposit. The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night + Room & Tax.
