This registration provides payment for the IAFSM Basic Laser Scanning Recertification process.
Recertification Fees
IAFSM Members: $250
Non-Members: $350
Candidates must complete the separate BLSC Recertification Application and submit all required supporting documentation.

BLSC Recertification
One-time Basic Laser Scanning Recertification fee. Standard rate: $350. Eligible IAFSM members receive a $100 discount. A completed recertification application and supporting documentation are required. Payment does not guarantee certification approval.
