Thank you for sponsoring this year’s IAFSM/ACSR February 2022 Conference.  We are glad to be back in person and ready for another educational conference. This year’s conference will be held at the Westin Westminster hotel in Westminster, CO from February 14-18. The hotel is approximately 25 miles from the Denver International Airport.  The hotel does not offer a shuttle, but private transportation can be arranged at Fly Denver or Uber/Lyft/Taxi services are available.

Please make sure you are accessing the Whova app.  This is where all the attendees and sponsors will receive information for the conference.  You can communicate directly with attendees and FSM ACSR Board members.  You have access to attendee information (information is dependent on what the attendee listed; email, phone, etc.).  The Whova app is also where all sponsor information is located with direct links to websites.  Please check your sponsor information on the app to make certain it is accurate.  If your representatives for your sponsor level are not listed, please email Kathy (info@iafsm.org) so I can put them on the app so they begin marketing.

All sponsorships include a 6ft skirted table unless otherwise noted.   There are multiple electrical outlets available, but we do request you bring extension cords as well as power strips as the outlets are limited.  Locations of your table will come in the next couple of weeks.  The deadline for sponsor sign up is Friday, February 14.

IAFSM will hold the Basic Laser Scanning Certification Course (BLSC) on Sunday, February 13.  If you are assisting with this course, you will be contacted by Eugene Liscio directly.  This course will be held in the Cotton Creek meeting room at the Westin Westminster Marriott property.

Sponsors are welcome to begin setting up Sunday, February 13 after 3pm.  Sponsors will be located in the Standley Foyer and hallway area, just outside the Standley Ballroom, and in the Westminster Foyer just inside the Fountain Greens area.  The general session, beginning Tuesday, February 15 and ending on Friday, February 18 will be held in the Standley Ballroom.  Wednesday, February 16, all workshops will be held in the Standley Ballroom, Cotton Creek, Waverly, Windsor and Meadowbrook rooms; see hotel diagram below.

Sponsors will want to be at their table/area Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning around 7:00am.  The general session will begin at 8am on each of these days and ending at 5:00pm – except on Friday, February 18th, we will end at noon.  Registration will be open this time each day – except Monday, February 14 due to the off-site event.
